Well, it’s been a disappointing month for beauty subscriptions… until now!
As always, Sephora’s packaging takes the cake and wins the prize for “best dressed.” Additionally, I’m happy with each and every item this month!
My March Sephora box contained the following:
–Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil– While I’ve heard this doesn’t work as a primer, word is that it’s great as a regular face oil. I can’t wait to see for myself!
–Fresh Soy Face Cleanser– I’ve gotten this as a Beauty Insider perk before, and it’s a great cleanser. Very effective, but gentle enough for my hypersensitive skin. Perfect for my travel case!
–Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield– I’ve also gotten a few of these before from Sephora, and it’s one of my favorite primers (read more here). Another great addition to my travel case.
–Sephora Collection Airbrush Sponge– This is Sephora’s version of the BeautyBlender. I’ve gotten an actual full-size BeautyBlender in my Birchbox before, so it will be interesting to try this one out and compare the two.
–Kat Von D Tattoo Liner– Another item that I’ve gotten a TON of as free perks from Sephora. No complaints- they can give me as many as they want, I LOVE this liner! Keep on sending ’em, Sephora!
–Maison Martin Margiela Beachwalk– As I’ve mentioned in previous Sephora box posts, I really like that the fragrance sample is included as a bonus sixth item, rather than one of the five main items. While this isn’t my normal type of fragrance, I really like it. It’s light and perfect for summer!
Again, well played, Sephora!

The people that said that about the Smashbox oil are right. It doesn’t work for a primer but it does work as a normal oil.
I agree, as well- it’s great as a moisturizer at night! 🙂
