Ole Henriksen Empower Collection: First Impression

Ole Empower Line

pr sample small 2

As I mentioned in my previous posting about Empower, I am SO excited about this new line from Ole Henriksen!

This line was created for an age group that is sometimes overlooked- those who are past the acne stage and just starting to experience the first signs of aging, but heavy anti-aging products are still “too much.” Empower contains nature-based Scandinavian ingredients such as Artic cloudberry, Nordic cotton, and white willow bark. These ingredients contain antioxidants and omega-6s to fight free radicals, gently exfoliate, and deliver weightless hydration.

My first impression of this line is very positive. I have always liked Ole Henriksen products- they are very high quality, yet affordable. The bright-colored, simplistic packaging is also a winner in my book. Each line is a different color, for example, the Vitamin C-based “Truth” line is a golden yellow, and this line is a berry hue. The color-coding system not only helps eliminate confusion, but makes it easy to locate the appropriate product on the shelf. Plus, they look fabulous!

The new Empower line consists of a Foaming Milk Cleanser, Featherweight Moisturizer, and Hydrating Hand Crème. I am particularly interested in the hand crème with winter right around the corner, and not many lines contain a hand cream. Needless to say, I can’t wait to try these products out!

I will be posting reviews of the products, so keep checking back!

  1. I had the Truth Cream and really liked it, now I’m finishing up some Cerave. I might try the Empower when I’m done with the Cerave, it looks like it might be really nice!

    • Hi Helena! Spoiler alert- it is fabulous! I’ll be posting my review of it soon, so keep checking back! 🙂
