The best part of my Labor Day this year was that I did not have to work, nor did I have to take call- finally I get to be one of those people who actually gets to enjoy a holiday! Woo hoo!!!!
Anywho, I took advantage of my VIB Rouge status at Sephora to get a few beauty services. On Sunday, I got a new smoky eye look from Hylisha and Ashley in Shreveport; and on Monday, Kristen in Bossier City worked on me. Needless to say, my makeup was on point over the weekend!
My allergies had been terrible, and as a result, my makeup was really messed up, especially around my eyes. So, Kristen started off by removing and redoing my eye makeup using the NARSissist palette.
After finishing my eye makeup, she went to work on my brows and contour, using the Kat Von D Shade Light palette. (Bad hotel lighting + allergies = recipe for disastrous makeup!)
For my lips, Kristen mixed up a custom shade for me by blending two shades from Bite Beauty. My lips constantly stay dry, so I love that the Bite formulas are so natural, hydrating and packed with resveratrol (who doesn’t love wine…?). The new custom shade she blended really made the neutral shadow and my green eyes pop!
