I have recently “discovered” sleeping masks. Due to my love for all things AmorePacific, and the desire to try out more sleeping masks, I bought a travel size jar of the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask. It had a very light, fresh scent, which I found quite nice. I happen to love scented skincare, but I know many people don’t. The fragrance in this, called “Sleepscent,” was much lighter than in AmorePacific products.
The idea of this product is to apply it at night before bed, then wash it off in the morning. The consistency was similar to a gel-cream, and was very easy to spread. It didn’t feel greasy or sticky, and it was slightly cooling- great for the hot southern climate I live in. Indeed, my face felt smooth and soft when I woke up.
While this mask was very nice, it didn’t have that “wow” factor I was looking for. I’m still new to sleeping masks, so I will be trying more of them out. If I don’t find one I like better, this may be an option as it is very reasonably priced.
