Giveaway and Contest Terms and Conditions
Giveaway (or contest) open only to those who are 18 years of age or older. Recipient must be both a registered user of the Beaux Beauty website, and a subscriber to Beaux Beauty Blog. Email address on file must be valid and is subject to verification. If a user/subscriber is reasonably believed to be spamming or violating the terms of the site in any way, he or she will be disqualified. Recipient must be a U.S. resident and item must be shipped to a U.S. address. Recipient must provide Beaux Beauty with legal name as well as shipping address. After winner is determined, he or she will be contacted via email. The email will provide a time limit in which he or she must reply with information requested in order for the item to be shipped. If a reply is not received within the stated time period, the item will be forfeited and another winner selected.
By receiving the giveaway item/gift, winner agrees to release Beaux Beauty, Beaux Beauty Blog, its owner, employees, contacts, and affiliates from any responsibility or liability concerning any issues that may arise from use of or possession of the item. Beaux Beauty (including partners/affiliates) is not responsible for items lost in shipping and cannot provide a replacement. If a third party or company is sponsoring a giveaway, recipient agrees that Beaux Beauty may provide that party with his/her identity and information. Recipient agrees to Beaux Beauty’s use of his or her user name, comment name, first name, last initial, and geographic location for publication purposes. Special conditions for social media- if a giveaway or contest is held on social media, or in relation to social media, the winner must be subscribed (“Like” on Facebook, follower on Instagram/Twitter, etc.) throughout the duration of the giveaway/contest and at the time the item/prize is received. Beaux Beauty may opt to send communication through social media channels rather than via email. The same terms will apply regarding timely response.
