Happy National Lipstick Day!!!! Faves + Deals!

YESSSSSSS!!!!  It’s not just Saturday, but it’s National Lipstick Day!!!  This is quite possibly my new fave holiday.  Well, second to Halloween, that is…lol!

In honor of this sacred day, I decided to pick out some of my fave lipsticks to share with you guys. I challenged myself to pick less than ten (I picked nine…lol!), which was no easy task considering I have well over 200 lipsticks!  (I may have a slight little problem…)

I did choose a variety of shades, finishes, and formulas, though.

My all-time favorite formulas are the Lipstick Queen Velvet Rope and Silver Screen lines, I have most of the Velvet Rope ones, and couldn’t resist picking up the Silver Screen Stella.  Thanks to a special polymer, these are feather light, but still opaque, and non-drying.  The color lasts, and even has a fresh minty-ness.

As for browns and nudes, Bite Beauty’s Matte Cream Lip Crayon in Cognac is a great, versatile brown.  NARS Dolce Vita is a great moisturizing nude that can be worn literally with anything.  And Juice Beauty Satin Lip Cream in Blush takes the cake in natural formulas.

I don’t normally like pinks, but Feral’s Fetish is a coral pink, and it’s one that I actually LOVE.  It’s perfect for summer, and makes me happy wearing it!

As far as liquids go, lately I’ve really been digging the J. Cat Lipfinity Matte Lip in Cash Money.  It’s a gorgeous peachy nude, and it smells like buttery cinnamon rolls!  Dirty Little Secret’s Rust is one of the few blue-based rusty shades I’ve seen, and doesn’t make my teeth look yellow.  And Pixi’s Beach Tint/Fresh Gloss duo is a new fave.
