Hey, you guys! Hope you’re all having a marvelous weekend!
I got a package in the mail from DERMA E shortly before we left on a trip, but haven’t had a chance to post until now. Too many things have happened and put us behind; hopefully we’ll be back on track for a while now- at least until the next hurricane season!
Anywho, it’s always been difficult for me to find high-quality, natural-based products in mainstream retailers or drugstores. When I “discovered” DERMA E a while back, I was pleasantly surprised at the well-formulated products, and their effectiveness.

One of the products I’ve been particularly impressed with is the Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer, which I’d tried before and liked, so I was happy the package included a bottle!
The radiance-boosting formula is lightweight and supports collagen health, which helps to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone. Probiotics and rooibos, along with a non-oxidizing form of Vitamin C, shield and enhance your skin’s natural defenses, resulting in a firmer, smoother, and more revitalized complexion.
One of the things I really like about this moisturizer is that DERMA E uses a stable form of Vitamin C (sodium ascorbyl phosphate) that resists degradation. So, this powerful ingredient can actually absorb into your skin and work better.
DERMA E Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer is housed in a sanitary, convenient pump bottle. The bottle is glass, so it feels quite lux, and makes me feel pampered. The moisturizer itself is lightweight, with a consistency somewhere in between a cream and a lotion. It has a very light, natural scent that dissipates quickly, and it’s readily absorbed with no stickiness or greasiness. Fantastic, huh?
I have oily/combination skin, and haven’t had any issues with this product. I’m also going through a hypersensitive phase due to using a higher strength of tretinoin, so my skin is also peeling and very irritated, but still no issues or added irritation. It works well with other skincare products and makeup, and nothing I’ve used “balls up.”
Despite the tretinoin irritation, my skin remains hydrated, and even has a glow along with the peeling…lol. Overall, I’m super happy with the DERMA E Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer, and continue to remain impressed with the brand. Check it out at DERMAE.com!
