OMG. I want to spray this EVERYWHERE. Now that I got that out of the way, let’s talk about the formula.
This spray sunscreen from COOLA contains over 70% certified organic ingredients, such as cucumber, algae, and strawberry extracts, in addition to red raspberry seed oil, which is rich in Omegas 3 and 6. This is not a mineral sunscreen- it contains avobenzene, octinoxate, octisalate, and octocrylene, so it’s important to remember to apply this at least 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. It is water resistant for up to 40 minutes (Sephora, 2015).
The awesome thing about this is that since it’s a spray, it’s easy to apply all over your entire body- even if you’re by yourself, there’s no excuse for missing your back! The spray comes out very easily and evenly. It’s also very moisturizing, and not greasy like many formulas. The only problem is that I don’t want to stop spraying it! I hate cold weather, and I’m depressed with winter being so near. This automatically transports my mind back to the beach- if only I had a drink in my hand with one of those little umbrellas!
For those of you who don’t like scented products, COOLA also has unscented options available.
