The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil is a cult favorite. There is a huge variety of colors, and the creamy formula glides on with ease.
I normally don’t purchase pencil liners because I’m too lazy to sharpen them. But, the colors are too hard to resist, so I have this in a plethora of shades. One reason I selected Lust is because the cool, purple, metallic shade helps accentuate my green eyes. I never fail to get compliments when I wear this! The formula does not wear as long as other formulas, especially on the waterline. But, with a great primer, you can get really good wear time.
