My favorite month is here!  I love summer weather, flip-flops, even the heat.  But man, oh man, is it HOT down here in Louisiana!  The heat also tends to wreak havoc on my already oily skin, so this month’s Sephora Play! Box is something I’m very happy about!

I LOVE subscription boxes as it is, but they’re even better when the products are not only desirable, but right for my skin.

This month’s Sephora box contained:

Beautyblender Blotterazzi Reusable Blotter– I got a couple of these with coupons from Sephora, and they’re really helpful.  Being oily, I go through a LOT of blotting papers, so this reusable version is pretty awesome.  Two of these retail for $20, so this is an excellent addition to the box.

First Aid Beauty Skin Rescue Deep Cleanser with Red Clay– This is another product I’ve tried before, and it’s a decent cleanser for oily skin and clogged pores.  This isn’t something I’ll use daily, but it’s great for days when I’m feeling extra greasy or clogged.

Smashbox Photo Finishing Pore Minimizing Primer– Primers are an absolute necessity, especially in the summer.  A primer made especially for minimizing pores is even better!

Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer– I already have several of these, including a couple full-sizes, but this is a great product, and will be a good addition to my travel case.  It will definitely get used!

Ouai Wave Spray– I don’t use a lot of salt sprays because they tend to dry out my hair.  Nevertheless, they are handy for lazy hair days, and great for a summer beachy look.  Plus, I get to try out a new brand.

Nest Citrine fragrance sample–  As always, I don’t like getting fragrance samples in a subscription- except Sephora.  I don’t mind when it’s a sixth bonus item.  I’m not big on citrus fragrances, but I really like Nest scents, so I’ll definitely give this a shot.

Overall, my July Sephora Play! Box was pretty swell!  Although I’ve had already had several of the items, that happens when you’re a Sephora-holic!  None of the items sucked, and I’ll be able to use them all.
