According to Sephora, this concealer has 21% pigment, is feather light, and never settles into lines. It contains pineapple ceramide to help promote brightness and improve skin texture.
The first thing I noticed was that this concealer comes in 20 shades, which is one of the widest shade ranges I know of. Even more amazing is Grace C. at the Bossier City Sephora Inside JCPenney. When I told her my foundation shade, she immediately went right to a shade, and it matched perfectly- the first time.
I had previously been using Urban Decay’s Naked concealer, and recently, Amazing Cosmetics’ concealer. While this seems a bit less pigmented than Urban Decay or Amazing Cosmetics, I actually really like the formula. It spreads, blends, and builds very easily. It settles into fine lines less than the Amazing Cosmetics, but a little more than the Urban Decay. When used with a primer, this issue is eliminated, so it’s not that big of a deal to me- especially for the price.
The concealer wore pretty well, again, not quite as long as Urban Decay or Amazing Cosmetics, but very close. Overall, I was very happy with it, and since my skin tone changes throughout the year, I will probably pick up a few more!
Sephora Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer retails for $14.00 for 0.14 oz.
For 14 dollars I might have to try it too. How does it compare with Cle De Peau?
Hi Wilson! I’ve never tried Cle de Peau’s concealer, but I’ve heard great things about it! I thought the same thing, though- can’t go wrong for $14!
