I was super excited to get a box of Roloxin Lift Instant Skin Smoothing Masque from Dermarche Labs!
Roloxin Lift is purported to immediately reduce the appearance of wrinkles, giving skin a smoother texture and more even tone. The technology was developed in conjunction with Israel’s Institute of Technology, Technion. It contains a matrix of hydrophilic and hydrophobic silica particles, which form a latticework on top of the skin to create a bright, smooth, luminous appearance (Dermarche Labs, n.d.).
Roloxin Lift comes in single-use packets because each one needs to be activated. It is applied in just a few minutes and lasts about 12 hours, although some have had visible results for up to 24 hours. The mask can be used in conjunction with any beauty product, including your cleanser, serum, moisturizer, sun protection, and makeup (Dermarche Labs, n.d.).
To use Roloxin Lift, you need to first wash your face with your regular cleanser, and leave your skin slightly damp. Massage the sachet for 10 seconds to activate the product; then apply a thin layer all over the face, avoiding your eyes and mucus membranes. As it dries, you will feel a firming sensation. Leave on for about ten minutes, or until it dries to a white powder, then rinse with nothing more than warm water until the powder is no longer visible. Pat dry, then apply your moisturizer and makeup as usual, in your regular order (Dermarche Labs, n.d.).
I decided to try this out while I was in Iowa for the holidays, right before going to a family gathering. As I have been using very effective skincare, I don’t have a lot of major wrinkles, just fine lines and beginning signs of aging. Therefore, I didn’t notice much difference in that aspect. However, I did notice that my skin felt and looked much smoother, and my pores were less visible. My makeup also went on more easily. I made Jerry try it, though, and he noticed a substantial difference- his skin was smoother and fine lines were less visible.
At first, Roloxin Lift seems a bit pricey at $110 for 10 treatments or $270 for 30 treatments. But, when you break it down, it’s a helluva lot cheaper than getting a facial. I wouldn’t use these on a daily basis, but they are great for special occasions and events. So, if you’re in the market for a temporary boost, this may be just what you need!
Roloxin Lift from Dermarche Labs is available in-store at Bergdorf Goodman, select Cos Bar locations, Ron Robinson Fred Segal Melrose, and select SpaceNK stores. You can get Roloxin Lift online at SpaceNK, Cos Bar, Sephora, and Ron Robinson.
