Omg, after having a terrible experience with Origins Maskimizer and Drink Up (read my reviews here), the brand has redeemed itself with their By All Greens Foaming Deep Cleansing Mask.
I have always loved Origins, therefore, I was SO disappointed with the performance of the mask primer and night time mask. I really wanted to love those products, but I take pride in my honesty, and would never lie to you guys. I don’t like to disparage any brand, though. So, after hearing great things from my friends at Sephora in Shreveport (Tasha, Jerri & even Amanda who’s not there anymore), I was really excited!
Origins By All Greens was inspired by detox juice cleanses and features green superfoods such as spirulina, green tea, and spinach. It’s a self-foaming, deep-cleansing clay mask. This two-in-one product is purported to cleanse and detoxify by drawing out pollutants, dirt, debris, and makeup.
The mask is housed in a sanitary, easy-to-use pump bottle. It’s easy to spread, and has a very fresh natural scent that I swear is almost minty. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, I don’t think this will be an issue because it’s very light and dissipates quickly. It has a light foaming effect that I really enjoy because it results in a pleasant tingly sensation.
Even though my skin is hypersensitive from using tretinoin, I had no issues or problems with this mask. After I rinsed it off, I was left with super-clean skin, but no tightness or dryness! An absolute win!
