Beauty subscriptions are usually hit or miss, but I always look forward to them! With Ipsy, I never cheat to find out what’s in it before it comes- but not because I don’t want to. It’s just such a pain-in-the-a$$ process, that it takes away any enjoyment I might get.
Aside from the bag itself- which I do NOT love- this month’s contents look pretty promising!
My bag contained:
Peter Lamas Intensive Hand Repair Cream– I have never heard of this brand, so I’m excited to see what it’s all about. And I’m always a sucker for a hand cream!
Pacifica Power of Love Natural Lipstick in Tender Heart– I don’t usually use drugstore brands, but the Pacifica products I’ve tried have always seemed to be of good quality, so this looks promising.
Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Finishing Powder– I already have this powder, and I really like it. This will be a great addition to my travel bag.
Precision Beauty tweezers– One can never have too many tweezers! I am forever plucking hair while looking into my magnifying mirror. However, pink is my least favorite color, so these may be gifted to someone.
Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Shadow Primer– I have never heard of this brand, but a good eyeshadow primer is always welcome, so I’m looking forward to trying it out!
Other than the bag itself, which seems to be even more cheaply made than the other bags, and it zips very clumsily, I’m pretty satisfied with the contents. Besides, except for the previous galaxy-themed bag, the bags are the thing I care about least.
