The weekend is here again. Geesh, how time flies!
So, in case you haven’t noticed, I’ve had a “thing” for shower heads lately. I often color my hair at home when it’s just an easy, single, all-over color. Our sink doesn’t have a sprayer, and it’s pretty shallow, which won’t work for my long, thick hair. Plus, I use dark colors and reds, so it just becomes a huge mess. Therefore, I rinse out my color in the shower.
I’ve been trying to find something that will work for thoroughly rinsing the color out. We had one of those fancy-schmancy rain showers, but I still wasn’t able to easily rinse underneath. Jerry suggested that we try something that also has the hand shower attachment, and this seems to be the way to go. After trying a couple different ones out, I’m pretty sure we’re going to stick with two that I’ve reviewed, one for the hall bathroom, and this one for the bathroom in the bedroom.
The HotelSpa is an ultra luxurious 3-way rain shower combo with 30 settings. So, we still get the benefits of the rain shower, but with an added hand piece. The rain shower is 6 inches in diameter, and has 6 settings. The hand shower is 4 inches in diameter and has 7 settings. Settings include drenching rainfall, power rain, pulsating massage, stay-warm mist, economy rain, pause, rain/mist, and multiple combined settings.
As far as my hair color goes, my new growth (roots) is in dire need of attention. I’ve just been dreading it since it’s such a pain to rinse out. Now I’m confident I can do so with ease, and enjoy my shower at the same time.
The only negative about the HotelSpa shower? I didn’t want to get out! I was having fun trying out the different settings, and stayed in until the hot water ran out…lol!
