Camille Beckman Glycerin Hand Therapy

Camille Beckman samples

pr sample small 2

The first time I heard of Camille Beckman was when I tried the Morelia Monarch Glycerin Hand Therapy- it was to die for!  We were in the Hallmark store at the mall in Bossier City, and I noticed they carried a variety of Camille Beckman products- and they all smelled SO good!

I was absolutely delighted when I got these sample packets in the mail, so I could try out some of the fragrances I had never tried before.  I received Mango Beach No. 2, Camille, Tuscan Honey, and English Lavender.

The first packet I tore into was Camille, which is described as a “delicate and light cashmere floral.”  I’m not usually “into” such girly fragrances, but I really liked this one.  It reminded me of my Grandma Frerichs, in a good way.  It smelled very fresh and light, not heavy, “perfumey” floral.  I actually liked it so much, that I used the whole pack and put it all over, not just on my hands…lol!

The ingredient list is quite impressive, with glycerin, sweet almond oil, Vitamin E, ivy extract, cucumber extract, elder flower extract, wheat protein, and various other botanicals.  The only negative is the parabens.  With so many great ingredients, I’m disappointed that they have not done away with the parabens- like many other companies have.

The product was just the right consistency, thick enough to be “heavy duty,” yet not so thick that it was not easily spreadable.  After a minute or so, it absorbed and was not at all greasy- I was left with soft, lightly fragranced skin.

The Glycerin Hand Therapy packets retail for just 89 cents each, so they are a great way to try out the different scents available.  After exploring the company’s website, I’m hoping to try more Camille Beckman products in the future.  If you’re looking for an awesome hand cream, definitely drop by www.camillebeckman.com!
