So, first off, before we get started, let me tell you that I am the most skeptical person in the world. I used to do bodybuilding (natural, no drugs), and am a firm believer in healthy eating and exercise. But, when an Ulta employee, Tori, gave me a sample of this, I decided it couldn’t hurt to try it. What were my results? I was flabbergasted.
It is important to understand that this is NOT a weight loss product. Repeat- this is NOT. A. WEIGHT. LOSS. PRODUCT. Bliss even flat out, specifically says this is absolutely NOT a weight loss product and that only diet and exercise will make you lose weight. What this DOES do is makes you lose SIZE. Albeit temporarily. According to Bliss, the treatment contains caffeine, amino acids, creatine, oat kernel extract, manilkara tree extract, menthol, and botanical extracts. The key is the caffeine and amino acids. When used as directed, this will actually make you lose excess water, and therefore, decrease your size. Yes, it DOES work. My hubby even helped measure me before and after using this stuff. With just a tiny sample packet, I lost about an inch overnight. This lasted about a day and a half.
Due to this gel actually working, I bought the full size. I found that when used with the roller bottle it comes in, it works even better. I went so far as to apply it as directed, wrap my midsection in plastic wrap, then one of those neoprene belts, and left it on overnight. I lost just over TWO INCHES from my waist, and it lasted two days. This works BETTER than those body wraps that have become popular, and it’s CHEAPER. However, you must remember this is only temporary. Although it will NOT give you a “six pack,” if you have an event to attend, or you’re just bloated, this Bliss FatGirlSixPack stuff is the bomb!
