I was SO excited when I saw September’s Bite Beauty reward color- Mimosa. A mimosa drink is orangish-yellow, and mimosa blossoms are yellow, so I’m not sure why they named this red “Mimosa,” but I don’t care. It’s THAT gorgeous. For 250 Beauty Insider points at Sephora, you get a mini lipstick, mini lip gloss, and a pocket mirror.
Both the gloss and lipstick are fantastic, and I swear, the gloss tastes just as good as a mimosa…lol. If you are too “scared” to wear a bold red, go for the gloss, it’s more subdued. It was not sticky, and it was very pigmented. However, it wasn’t as pigmented as the lipstick, but that’s okay, that’s what the lipstick is for! The lipstick had more staying power than the gloss, but again, that’s to be expected.

I love, love, love, love this color! And the best thing about Bite products is that they don’t irritate or dry out my already dry lips even further. Bite lipsticks and glosses are the only kind, thus far, that leave my lips in better condition than before I put them on.
