Yeah, it’s the middle of May, and yeah, I’m just now getting around to doing this post. Oops!
Make sure you check out the video down below- Jerry put me on the spot at the end and took me by surprise with an impromptu empty…lol!
GlamGlow SuperMud Mask– I LOVE GlamGlow products, unfortunately, they’re expensive as $hit. Nevertheless, I’ve been through several jars of the SuperMud. Seriously, it sucks all the junk out of your pores, and you can actually see spots form where the clay sucks it all out. I’m not even going to lie- this is extremely gratifying! You can get it at Nordstrom– shipping is always free with no minimum, and returns are always free!
Philosophy Time in a Bottle– This is purported to be an age-defying serum, but in the short time I used it, I didn’t notice any changes in my fine lines. That’s to be expected, though, as these things do take time to work. The main reason I got this was because of the retinyl palmitate, and I wanted to acclimate my skin to retinoids prior to starting Retin-A. I did end up finishing the bottle, though, because it was a great multi-tasker, it’s lightweight, and hydrating enough for my oily skin that I didn’t need a separate moisturizer. It also doubled as a primer on days when I didn’t want to do heavy makeup. You can get it from Nordstrom, where shipping is always free, with no minimum.
Tatcha Gold Camellia Beauty Oil– This is seriously one of my absolute favorite oils for my oily skin. It’s very light weight, and absorbs easily. It’s not at all heavy, and I don’t have any greasiness after using this. I like it at night because I wake up with glowing skin. You can get it from Tatcha, where shipping is always free, with no minimum, and you can choose three free samples with each order!
Urban Decay Naked Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup– I love this foundation, almost as much as the NARS I’ve been using. It contains Matrixyl peptides, so it has an anti-aging effect. If you’ve had your eye on the Hourglass Veil Fluid Makeup, which also has Matrixyl peptides, this is about $20 cheaper! It’s available from Nordstrom– shipping is always free with no minimum!
NARS Long Wear Eyeliner in Via Veneto– One of my favorite black eyeliners! It’s not the blackest I’ve ever used, but it is very long wearing, and you don’t need a waterproof remover to take it off. I also like that you don’t have to use a sharpener (I’m lazy), but it does contain one in the end just in case you want a more precise point. It’s available from NARS. Click here to get a free sample with your order, and free shipping with minimum order.
Anastasia Brow Wiz– I use this in Medium Brown, but I think it used to be called Ash when I first started using it. I love the way I can get a natural look- the big brow thing just isn’t for me. Application is precise and easy, and it lasts all day. It’s available from Nordstrom, where you can get free shipping all the time with no minimum.
